Sap Materials Management Consultant

The successful candidate will support the business team with all project activities and will report into the project coordinator.

The activities include:

• User Storie review with the IT team. The requirements for the new/adjusted functionality and interfaces are discussed and agreed during this phase.
• UAT Test script writing in collaboration with the Key users and ensure timely pre-approvals in QTest
• UAT Test execution which involves test data preparation, test script execution & document in Qtest), handle post-execution approval test remarks from either SAP Business SME and Quality, follow-up defect resolution with the SAP IT team. Testing is executed in collaboration with the PasX team
• Update SOP’s/WI’s with Key users
• Help key users with preparation of training approach and training material creation for the SAP related changes
• Prepare data migration cutover activities and develop tools if possible to reduce the effort or shorten the leadtime (eg creation of new PV data, migrate stock from SAP to PasX, transfer equipment managed containers into PasX, migration of Quality Notifications, ...)

Qualification:

• Demonstrated Practical SAP project experience in Pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries in a global matrix organization, through influence, negotiation and partnering for changes requiring buy-in from all stakeholders at all levels
• Strong decision making and problem solving competencies
• Must be proficient in Dutch and English (oral and written)
• Working knowledge of SAP modules MM, INM, POM
• Experience with formal test management tools (eg HP-ALM, Qtest)
• Collaboration in cross-functional teams
