Director, Raw Materials Business

Important company in the sector of raw materials of biological origin, located in the province of Ávila, need to incorporate a person responsible for overall management of the raw materials business.

Funciones 🔅

• Responsible for the P&L of raw materials business.
• Responsible for fulling the business revenue targets through business development activities
• Manage cost of operation to be within budget, including but not limited to control of production planning and inventory level, optimizing the supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance of regulatory agencies and inspections as well as the quality standards and legislation applicable to the activities.
• Manage the review of specifications and release of intermediate and semi-finished products.
• Collaborate with the parent company in the administrative and managerial requirements.
• Manage and develop the team to maximize the potential of the employees through inspirational leadershi.

Requisitos ✔

• Bachelor or above degree in health sciences, biology or pharmaceutical related discipline from reputable universities
• Professoinal level in both Spanish and English language
• Strong business acumen, results-oriented, negotiation skills.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial work in the pharmaceutical industry or raw materials for pharmaceutical use.
• Team management and leadership.
• Place of residence in the province of Ávila or Salamanca preferred
