Job Summary
The Manager, Field Training will be responsible for effectively pulling through training strategies, resources and initiatives via coaching and field rides, new hire training and supplemental training initiatives including regional training sessions/programs for field sales representatives in their assigned geography within the U.S (U.S. to be divided between the respective positions).
This full-time role will be responsible for mentoring and training newly hired representatives, providing skill-building for tenured representatives and supporting the Commercial Training and Development Team throughout the year. The Manager, Field Training will partner with Sales Training, Field Sales and Marketing teams to compile and deliver training programs and materials that meet the defined and specific needs of the Neurology sales force.
The Manager, Field Training will travel throughout their assigned geography in the U.S. to deliver the aforementioned. The position is a Commercial Training & Development role that will report into the Director, Alzheimer’s Disease Training, and will have strong collaboration and relationships with the home office Sales Training Team ad Field Sales Leadership Team.
Essential Functions

Eisai Salary Transparency Language:
The base salary range for the Field Training Manager, Alzheimer's Disease (Southeast) (Field Based) is from :111,800-146,700
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan.
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.

Essential Functions
- Pull-through training strategy, initiatives and resources via coaching and field rides
- Provide New Hire Training support during homestudy, initial training and post-training
- Conduct supplemental training initiatives including but not limited to virtual web trainings, teleconferences, National/Regional/District meetings.
- Align field coaching to the Selling Model to further enhance field execution.
- Provide written feedback via FCRs to provide appropriate coaching
- Ensure field pull-through is consistently aligned to brand/training initiatives throughout respective regions
- Funnel continuous feedback into Commercial Training team to inform future curriculum and content
- Conduct special projects, assignments and other functions the job may require to perform
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong desire to coach, mentor and develop new hires and peers
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, initiative and business planning skills
- Understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and current trends preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry procedures and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior sales, product and disease state expertise
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of broader organization objectives and positive mindset
- Travel up to 75% of the time
