Are you ready to build your career by joining a global manufacturer of energy components? If so, our client is hiring an HR Project Specialist.
What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with HRBP, Business Excellence Professional and department managers to review and evaluate existing job descriptions
• Conduct job analysis and research to identify key responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications for each role
• Develop, write and/or redesign job descriptions that are clear, concise, and legally compliant
• Ensure that job descriptions are consistent across all departments and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Communicate with managers to verify accuracy of job descriptions and make necessary revisions
• Develop a system to maintain and update job descriptions as necessary
• Collaborate with HRBP, Business Excellence Professional and department managers to develop a performance review program for the hourly workforce
• Develop performance review forms and templates that are easy to use and understand
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Must have bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in HR, with experience in manufacturing environments (particularly with blue collar workforce)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including job analysis and job description writing
• Experience in developing and implementing performance review programs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
