Salary : Up to £40K
Full time in office position with some flexibility
The Role
My Client is a not-for-profit association with stunning offices near Canary Wharf in London. This pharmaceutical company offers an extensive range of regulatory affairs education and professional development. They specialise in human medicines, vaccines, diagnostics, medical devices and veterinary sectors. They are seeking an experienced EA to join them and become a part of their dynamic and collaborative team. You will be able to help assist on projects, work closely with board members and provide all round support to a busy executive.
What You'll Do

• Full Diary Management for rooms and conference lines
• Managing the booking and organising of bi-monthly Board meetings & any other bookings
• Sitting in internal executive meetings and supporting CEO with minute taking
• Providing wider support to the Board and delegated committees
• Managing the reception function and front of house and conducting all meet and greets
• Reporting structures for HR, governance, and general office administration
• Responsibility for the overall management of policies and systems to ensure good personnel practice throughout the organisation
• Help ensure that all legal responsibilities of the company are met, including compliance with Data Protection regulations, Health and Safety, Safeguarding
  

Who You Are

• EA experience ideally within a start up, healthcare, pharmaceutical or consultancy environment
• Minute taking experience is essential
• Experience implanting processes and policy updating
• Exposure to HR and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Natural organiser and self starter
