BioTalent are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Laboratory Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team and manage projects for the comprehensive characterization of biotherapeutics, utilizing expertise in various chromatographic methods and capillary electrophoresis.
- Develop, optimize, and validate methods in a GMP environment.
- Evaluate analysis results, prepare reports, and ensure timely and budget-conscious project management across multiple sites.
- Coordinate personnel and equipment resources, document and test work carried out (partly under GMP), and contribute to the development of new analyses and service products.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a strong Ph.D. with a focus on protein analysis.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of non-university work experience in analyzing biopharmaceuticals or recombinant proteins, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Demonstrate experience with complex analytical problems and a broad range of biotherapeutics analysis methods.
- Show a keen interest and experience in project management and coordination of customer projects.
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, emphasizing team development.
- Have experience in the GMP environment and the ability to independently tackle challenges.
- Confidently communicate with international customers and represent the company externally.
- Proficient in English with sound IT skills.
